Job Summary
Manage K-12 product inventory levels, monitor performance, and recommend print runs to leadership while collaborating with the Director of Sales on adoption forecasts. Evaluate obsolete inventory, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate custom publishing projects across internal departments with cost and pricing analysis. Serve as the primary project manager for custom publishing opportunities, ensuring alignment on launch schedules and customer communications. Assist with annual pricing reviews and support product launches through cross-functional coordination with Sales, Product Development, and Marketing teams. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- two to four years related experience
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects

- Proficiency with spreadsheet, word processing, and internet-based software applications
- Valid driver's license
- willingness to travel as needed
