K1 Kitchen Helper

K1 Kitchen Helper provides support to the Head Chef and Cooks in the kitchen and dining room, focusing on sanitation, organization, and cost control while ensuring guest areas remain clean and presentable. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing designated areas, stocking cups and dining room supplies, setting up and breaking down dining stations for breakfast and dinner service, maintaining the steam table and service areas during meals, assisting with dishwashing and loading/unloading groceries, following safety procedures with PPE and chemicals, and contributing to staff training and compliance with CHH standards. The role emphasizes professional guest service, adherence to hygiene requirements, and flexible scheduling including night shifts. Must be able to perform duties in a fast-paced hospitality environment and follow directions from the Chef and Supervisor.
