Prepare, cook, and serve food items at the steam table line while operating fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely. Assist with daily prep work including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients according to company recipes. Maintain a clean, organized service line and workstations, ensuring proper sanitation, handwashing, and food-safety regulations are followed. Wash dishes, utensils, and pans using proper procedures. Support opening and closing duties, check temperatures, rotate stock, and communicate product shortages or equipment issues to the shift lead. Available for various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
