Greet customers professionally, accurately ring up purchases using the POS system, and handle cash, credit/debit cards, and gift cards. Issue receipts, refunds, exchanges, and voids per company policy while maintaining an accurate cash drawer and balancing it at shift's end. Keep the checkout area clean, stocked, and organized; assist with light stocking, bagging, or front-of-house tasks as needed. Answer basic product inquiries and follow all pricing, discount, and promotional guidelines. Maintain safety and customer service policies in a fast-paced retail environment.
