Job Summary
Greet customers, identify needs, and recommend products based on individual preferences while providing accurate product information on usage, benefits, and ingredients. Operate the POS system to process transactions, package purchases, and offer gift wrapping. Manage merchandising, restocking, and store cleanliness including opening boxes, mopping, and bathroom maintenance. Support inventory counts, maintain situational awareness for safety, and collaborate on marketing initiatives and social media support. Continuously develop product knowledge and contribute to sales goals. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- A background check may be conducted after a conditional offer of employment, consistent with applicable federal, state, and local laws
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail experience (beauty industry experience preferred)
- Bilingual in any language, especially Korean or Spanish, is a plus but not required
