Job Summary
K-8 Assistant Principal Pool at Cincinnati Public Schools. Serves as instructional leader supporting student achievement, school culture, teacher development, and family engagement. Collaborates with the principal and leadership team to create safe, inclusive, and academically rigorous environments; implements district literacy and mathematics instructional practices; addresses achievement gaps; uses MTSS and PBIS frameworks; leads or supports school improvement planning; fosters equitable access and community engagement; supports staffing, budgeting, and operational responsibilities; requires Master’s in Educational Leadership and valid Ohio Principal License, with a minimum of three years classroom teaching experience. Salary placement based on administrative experience; current salary range: $96,908.09 – $114,967.10 per year.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Educational Leadership or a related field from an accredited institution
- Valid Ohio Principal License required or evidence of eligibility to obtain licensure prior to employment
- Minimum of three (3) years of successful classroom teaching experience required
