K-6 Teacher

Collaborate with stakeholders to establish leadership and positive relationships while designing instruction that engages all students in learning objectives. Develop learning goals in partnership with students and evaluate individual and class performance to adjust instruction aligned with state standards. Implement best practices, manage classroom structure, and model positive behaviors to maintain a safe, orderly environment. Oversee assistant teachers and volunteers to ensure effective classroom operations. Maintain required documentation and reports to comply with statutes and regulations. Respond to emergency situations and participate in team meetings to convey information. Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
