Assess student progress regularly, recognize learning disabilities, and maintain accurate records per district policy. Encourage behavioral standards, protect student safety, and assist administration in implementing policies. Plan assignments for teacher aides and volunteers as needed. Maintain professional competence and attend staff meetings or committees.
