K-5 Title I Reading Teacher

K-5 Title I Reading Teacher serving as teacher of record for core content in a fully online school with in-person state testing and events several times per year. Deliver live lessons via web conference, set up courses in the LMS, monitor progress in asynchronous courses, provide daily feedback and grading, maintain regular contact with students and families, collaborate on progress reports with the Principal, differentiate instruction to meet all students’ needs, incorporate 21st-century technology, and participate in planning non-instructional activities and events. Travel to support required face-to-face state testing annually. Knowledge of State Standards and Common Core Standards; Ohio teaching license required; preferred two years of experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to stand for extended periods; ability to pass criminal background checks; experience in multicultural settings preferred. Salary between $43,000 and $51,000 annually; benefits included.
