K-5 Teacher

Design and deliver standards-aligned instruction that produces measurable student growth in a K–5 classroom. Build positive, achievement-focused relationships with students and use formative and summative assessment data to adjust instruction and meet individual needs. Implement a tiered system of support within the classroom and coordinate instruction across grade levels. Communicate regularly with parents, coaches, and administrators regarding student progress while maintaining a safe, organized, and productive environment. Participate in professional development, staff meetings, and collaborative planning sessions.
