K-5 Afterschool Site Supervisor (Woolslair)

Oversee the successful implementation and quality assurance of the afterschool program model across the site, leading the planning, scheduling, and execution of daily programming, academic components, and recreational activities. Establish, monitor, and refine daily procedures, transitions, and program structures to ensure operational efficiency while supervising and mentoring staff through ongoing feedback and guidance. Manage overall student attendance, tracking systems, and behavior management plans, intervening in escalated incidents as needed, and serve as the primary point of contact for parents, guardians, and facility partners regarding program operations and student progress. Cultivate a site culture supporting children's academic, physical, and social-emotional development while ensuring the program space meets strict health, safety, cleanliness, and organization standards. Facilitate regular staff meetings, training sessions, and daily debriefs, and maintain accurate program documentation, incident reports, and supply inventories.
