Job Summary
Teach K-4th grade students using the Glasser Quality School model to foster self-directed learning and community contribution. Implement creative teaching methods that encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and a joy for acquiring knowledge while establishing strong, positive relationships with each student. Partner with learners to set and achieve academic goals, adapting methods to meet unique individual needs. Maintain high energy and enthusiasm to inspire confidence and a love of learning in a diverse, inclusive environment. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree, current North Carolina Teaching License, and classroom experience. Compensation range $48,000 - $64,000.
