Design standards-aligned lessons, use data to drive instruction, and create a structured, joyful classroom that supports students in historically underserved communities. Collaborate closely with teams, receive frequent coaching, and engage in robust professional development and leadership pathways. Manage family communication and participate in school-wide duties while maintaining a deep commitment to educational equity and high expectations for all students. This on-site role is part of Uncommon Schools' mission-driven public charter system focused on delivering rigorous, college-preparatory instruction.
