Job Summary
Teach K-12 across elementary, middle, and high school grades by implementing Uncommon’s curriculum and ensuring student success. Analyze assessments to inform differentiated instruction; maintain a positive, structured learning environment aligned with school values; communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues; participate in annual staff orientation and ongoing instructional training; support grade-level activities and whole-school functions; contribute to a culture focused on urban youth achievement and continuous professional growth, in alignment with Uncommon’s educational philosophy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a college or university
- Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher by employment begins
- Valid state certification and/or master’s degree helpful but not required
