Job Summary

Implement Uncommon's curriculum and activities to meet high academic standards while analyzing assessments to differentiate instruction. Create a positive, structured learning environment that reinforces core values and high expectations. Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues, and participate in grade-level activities and school-wide functions throughout the year. Commit to continual professional growth by attending the annual three-week staff orientation in August and ongoing instructional training. Focus constantly on student learning and thinking critically to respond to individual needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Belief in and alignment with Uncommon's core beliefs and educational philosophy
  • Bachelor's degree from a college or university
  • Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.75 or higher

  • Valid State Certification
  • Master's degree
