Job Summary
K-12 teacher across elementary, middle, and high school levels responsible for implementing Uncommon’s curriculum, analyzing assessments to differentiate instruction, and fostering a positive, structured learning environment. Candidates will communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues; participate in annual orientation and ongoing instructional training; and contribute to grade-level and school-wide activities. Strong candidates demonstrate a passion for urban youth, a collaborative mindset, and alignment with Uncommon’s educational philosophy. Experience in urban or charter school settings is preferred; state certification and Master’s degree are helpful but not required.
