K-12 Teacher - Elementary, Middle, High School Teacher

K-12 teacher responsible for implementing Uncommon Schools’ curriculum and achieving strong student outcomes across elementary, middle, and high school grades. Roles include analyzing assessments to differentiate instruction, maintaining a positive, structured learning environment aligned with school values and conduct, communicating effectively with students, families, and colleagues, and participating in annual orientation and ongoing instructional training. The position requires a relentless drive to improve students’ minds, characters, and lives, a commitment to urban youth’s achievement, and willingness to implement feedback. Strong candidates will have passion for working with K-12 students and prior school/urban-community experience; a Master’s degree and state certification are helpful but not required. Starting pay ranges from $60,000 to $85,000, with comprehensive benefits and a supportive professional development culture.
