Job Summary
K-12 Teacher across elementary, middle, and high school grades who will implement Uncommon Schools’ curriculum, analyze assessments to inform differentiated instruction, create a positive and structured learning environment, and communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues. The role includes participating in annual orientation and ongoing instructional training, supporting grade-level and school-wide activities, and contributing to a collaborative, high-expectation urban-education culture. Compensation ranges from $56,000 to $80,000 with competitive benefits. The position is full-time and based in Philadelphia, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- experience in urban or charter school setting preferred
- Master’s degree helpful but not required for experienced teachers
- valid state certification and/or teaching credentials preferred
- ability to implement feedback and collaborate with colleagues
