Job Summary
Implement curricula and activities to meet high academic standards across all grades and subjects; analyze assessments to measure progress and inform differentiated instruction; maintain a positive, structured learning environment aligned with school values; communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues; participate in annual orientation and ongoing instructional training; support grade-level activities and school-wide functions throughout the year; demonstrate passion for urban youth and commitment to professional growth in service to students for the 25-26 and 26-27 school years.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a college or university before employment begins
- GPA of 2.75 or higher by the time employment begins
- Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must have earned a Bachelor's degree; Minimum GPA 2.75 or higher; Valid State Certification and Master’s degree are helpful but not required for experienced candidates
