Job Summary
Teach K-12 across elementary, middle, and high school by implementing Uncommon’s curriculum and supporting student success. Analyze assessments to inform differentiated instructional practices, maintain a positive structured learning environment aligned with core values and high expectations, and communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues. Participate in annual staff orientation and ongoing instructional training, and support grade-level activities and school-wide functions throughout the year. A strong candidate demonstrates passion for improving urban youth outcomes, collaboration, and a commitment to continuous professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- GPA >= 2.75
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; GPA 2.75+; urban/public school or charter experience preferred for experienced teachers; state certification and Master’s degree helpful but not required.
