Job Summary
Provide social work support to a diverse K-12 student population; participate in Child Study, Collaborative Problem Solving, and IEP committees; observe, interview, and assess students in school and home settings; develop integrated intervention plans aligned with district, state, and federal requirements; maintain comprehensive casework documentation and student records; identify and address school-related behavioral, social, or emotional issues to maximize student engagement and academic success.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree or higher in Social Work/Social Welfare
- Bachelors Degree acceptable only with a current School Social Worker Certification
- Active Florida School Social Worker Certification OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Credential
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting (Preferred)
