Job Summary
K-12 School Psychologist position with Cross Country Education in Sebring, FL. Responsibilities include collaborating with multidisciplinary committees (child study, eligibility, IEP teams) to determine student needs, selecting and administering psychological assessments, designing and implementing intervention strategies for students, teachers, and parents, and supporting development and coordination of school- and district-wide psychological services while maintaining required records and adapting to curriculum changes. Requires a Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology and active Florida State School Psychologist Certification (or immediate eligibility). Competitive hourly compensation ($60.60–$64.00/hr), 37.5-hour work week, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match), and paid sick leave.
