Job Summary
K-12 Sales Specialist (Food Broker) designs and implements customized sales strategies for their K-12 education segment, builds close relationships with Food Service Directors and Chefs, demonstrates products, trains key personnel, and reports sales progress. Responsible for understanding menu rotations, population trends, and cost structures across strategic accounts; maintains CRM-based activity logs; travels within territory and participates in visits to key accounts to support sale process with culinary know-how and menu planning capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- 3+ years experience in the food industry sales or operations
- Valid driver’s license
- CRM system experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
