K-12 Program Manager

Lead and coordinate the K-12 team of facilitators, coaches, and personnel delivering IHE's programs to schools, networks, and partners worldwide. Serve as the primary liaison between the K-12 team, other IHE departments, external clients, and designated partners to foster coherence, collaboration, and a culture of care. Manage the full scope of the K-12 team's work while acting as a Solutionary Facilitator as needed. This role connects the K-12 team to broader IHE operations and supports the mission of educating people to create a world where all people, animals, and nature can thrive.
