Job Summary
Conduct a 5-week interactive leadership training program at the JYSK headquarters in Bozhurishte, covering theoretical overviews, case studies, role-playing, and team-building exercises. Between modules, work on-site as a Deputy Store Manager under the guidance of an experienced mentor to gain practical experience in store operations. Develop skills in managerial tools, decision-making, and team motivation while preparing for future store management responsibilities. Participate in team activities and receive additional support for psychological, financial, and legal needs.
