Customer service/Call center specialist: handle inbound calls, emails, and chats with customers; process online orders; provide product consultations; communicate with retail stores; handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts. Must fluently speak Ukrainian (written and spoken). Work schedule is weekdays 09:00–18:00 and weekends 09:00–18:00, 5/2 in-office. English at pre-intermediate level is a plus. Office located in the center of Kyiv.
