Job Summary
Assist in food preparation by chopping, cutting, and marinating ingredients while following recipes to ensure high-quality dishes are cooked and plated according to established standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area and support the culinary team by developing and refining recipes, stocking inventory, and adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Provide support in various kitchen duties as assigned within a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
