JV Soccer Assistant Coach

Part-time JV Soccer Assistant Coach at Roland Park Country School in Baltimore, MD. Responsibilities include supporting the Soccer program as communicated by the Athletic Department and JV/Varsity coaches; developing the skills of soccer student-athletes for potential future varsity participation; coordinating with the athletic administrative team on scheduling, game-day prep, out-of-season workouts, uniforms, and facilities; fostering strong relationships with athletes; effective communication with all constituencies; supporting the RPCS community across academics, arts, and athletics; and completing other duties as assigned. Qualifications emphasize proven coaching techniques and at least two years of athletic/competitive coaching experience in a high school, college, or professional setting. Compensation for the season is a stipend of $2,500 and seasonal employee benefits including access to the on-site fitness center and store discounts. Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory background check. Local travel may be required for games and related activities.
