JV Head Volleyball Coach

Lead the high school JV volleyball program at Lancaster High School by organizing practices, developing drills, assigning player positions based on players' abilities, and creating game strategies. Responsibilities include motivating students, instructing student athletes in rules and techniques, recognizing opposing teams’ strategies, leveraging timeouts effectively, communicating with referees, tracking scores, recruiting new players, collaborating with assistant coaches, and participating in fundraising efforts. Strong leadership, exceptional communication, the ability to motivate players, make quick decisions under pressure, and maintain a positive demeanor are required. Experience coaching at college, club, professional, or high school levels is preferred.
