Job Summary
JV Field Hockey Coach at Sussex Academy. Responsibilities include communicating with assistant coaches regarding roles, duties and expectations; collaborating with coaches to implement organized practice plans and game strategies; ensuring safety conditions of the facility while students are present; adherence to HAC, DIAA, and school rules; preparing and updating detailed equipment inventories and team/individual records; following Sussex Academy's Mindful Coach Profile; and performing other duties as assigned. Requirements include CPR certification and concussion protocol training or willingness to become certified, a clean criminal background check, Delaware Child Protection Registry clearance, and a TB test prior to start.
