Job Summary
Provide resources and support to DYS youth transitioning to the community; collaborate with Savio Transition Program team to help clients build a successful future and foster hope. Daily tasks include engaging with youth and stakeholders, cultivating growth in the whole family unit to empower families to solve problems, and collaborating with families to set their own goals. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum age of 23; role involves community-based work, flexible/non-traditional schedule, and working in Denver, CO with a non-remote arrangement.
