Juvenile Justice Clinical Supervisor, Grafton

Provide direct supervision to licensed and unlicensed clinical staff, offering ongoing feedback and evaluating the quality and timeliness of their work. Monitor and assign caseloads while ensuring compliance with agency, clinical, legal, and ethical practices, and review or co-sign documentation as needed. Oversee day-to-day program activities, including monitoring billable hours and caseload requirements, and provide training and support to meet program expectations. Prepare reports and documents required by funding sources and accrediting/licensing bodies. This full-time, temporary (3-6 month) role in Grafton, Illinois requires an MSW and LCSW with two years of supervisory experience preferred.
