JustLead Afterschool/Summer Ministry Coordinator

Job Summary
Recruit 1st through 8th graders and volunteers for JustLead afterschool and summer programs. Plan and supervise implementation of activities for elementary and middle school students, including individual and group Christian service and youth leadership opportunities. Host and attend events such as camps, worship services, concerts, and movies with parents. Support prayer walks for the ministry site, neighborhood, and schools. Visit participants at school during lunch and outside structured times to connect with families. Assist with Wednesday night discipleship and provide transportation for program and events as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Dedicated Christian with clear knowledge of the Gospel and a passion for the mission of Emerald Youth Foundation
- Connected to a church community
- Strong reputation for honesty, integrity, and high moral standards
- At least 21 years of age
- Clear driving record
- Ability to obtain a CDL
- Willingness to drive vans or buses
- Bi-lingual, Spanish Speaking
- 2-3 years of experience organizing and implementing youth programs
- Ability to effectively communicate
- Experience in an urban setting
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
