Job Summary
Administer same-gender observed urine drug screens, oral swabs, and breathalyzers while adhering to chain of custody protocols and Wisconsin standards. Conduct initial specimen validity checks, document results accurately, and maintain participant testing schedules in coordination with the Drug Treatment Court team. Ensure proper sample storage, packaging, and transportation for laboratory analysis while maintaining meticulous records of tests, refusals, and non-compliance. Provide timely, confidential test reports to case management for court proceedings and perform CCAP background checks on assigned cases. Uphold HIPAA, Wisconsin statutes, and court policies regarding confidentiality and ethical standards.

Desired Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in criminal justice, human services, healthcare, or a related field
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in drug testing, medical collection, criminal justice, human services, or a related field
