Job Summary

Draft website and social media content, develop outreach materials like one-pagers and flyers, and research educational guides to increase community understanding of the civil, criminal, and juvenile justice systems. Support planning and implementation of educational programs through logistics, script drafting, and training creation, while tracking and leading outreach to community partners including small businesses and nonprofit organizations. Provide substantive and logistical assistance to CCE committees by attending meetings, researching project leads, and reviewing literature, and assist with report release events and special events as needed. This internship aligns with CCE's mission to make D.C.'s legal systems more just and equitable through direct community education and advocacy.
