Job Summary
Produce quality just baked products according to Dunkin' Brands operational standards and recipes. Prepare and deliver all items using proper systems and job aids while maintaining a clean, neat work environment. Follow safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with all applicable laws. Work respectfully with team members, respond to coaching, and communicate effectively with supervisors. Execute restaurant and marketing initiatives to meet guest expectations and maintain high performance standards. Stand for six hours and lift up to 50 lbs during weekends and holidays. Operate restaurant equipment and maintain relationships with guests and team members.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- Basic computer skills
- Able to operate restaurant equipment (18 years or older)
- Must be able to stand for 6+ hours
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Weekends and Holidays required
