Lead the trademark and design law department of 4 staff, managing internal and external business across the entire firm. Drive growth and business expansion by acquiring new clients and penetrating existing mandates, particularly from the patent practice. Present the firm's brand strategically for the trademark and design sectors while overseeing daily operations, including direct case work, team supervision, and handling general inquiries. Manage trademark registration, opposition, and cancellation proceedings, as well as infringement cases at pre-litigation and court levels. Initiate procedures before competent authorities and courts, coordinating with external counsel where necessary.
