Job Summary
Treat and resolve legal problems for employees, often involving termination procedures. Control and negotiate termination settlements, frequently documented in settlement agreements. Advise clients via telephone and personal conversations. Handle cases exclusively for employees. Requires at least one year of experience in termination law, preferably from a law firm, union, or legal aid provider. Minimum HBO education in labor law.
