Perform legal and regulatory monitoring to update company regulations based on social law evolutions. Manage collective relations by tracking social calendars, preparing meetings with personnel instances, and overseeing negotiation agreements and administrative representation. Handle individual cases in coordination with HR, follow complex legal procedures, and manage litigation matters. Requires one year of social law experience with retail knowledge preferred.
