Job Summary
Analyze contractual documents and associated risks during tenders, direct consultations, and framework agreements with public and private clients. Assist in negotiating contracts of all types, including design-build and project management projects, under local, FIDIC, NEC, or JCT environments. Draft legal opinions, prepare joint venture and subcontracting agreements, and support daily contract management for construction sites. Manage pre-litigation and disputes in coordination with external legal counsel and insurers. This role reports to the Director of Legal for the Europe-Africa region, supporting operations across France, the UK, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Ukraine, and Morocco. Minimum 10 years of corporate legal experience in engineering or construction is required.
Required Qualifications
- De formation 3ème cycle en droit des affaires (ou droit des contrats à l'international)
- bonne connaissance en droit privé, droit public
- 10 ans d'expérience minimum (ou de 7 ans après une expérience réussie de 3 ans minimum en tant qu'avocat) en tant que juriste d'entreprise dans un environnement international
- idéalement dans les secteurs de l'ingénierie technique, construction ou industrie
