Job Summary
Coordinate jurisdictional compliance for Chubb Group policyholders by completing annual service offer letters, conducting loss monitoring analyses, and maintaining activity databases for state audits. Respond to client requests to coordinate field assignments while providing Health, Safety, and Environmental consultative services in a specific territory. Assist clients in developing written CGRA policies, performing risk evaluation surveys, and delivering technical safety training to support underwriting and profitable growth. This split role requires approximately 10% national travel and reports to the Jurisdictional Technical Director. Candidates need 0-3+ years of HSE consulting experience, a BS degree in safety sciences, and certifications like CSP or ARM. Valid driver's license and ability to access remote job locations are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 0-3+ years of comprehensive Health, Safety, Environmental and risk control consulting experience supporting multiple industry customers
- BS degree in safety related sciences, engineering, related field, or equivalent
- Certifications like ASP, CSP, ARM, ALCM etc., or willingness to work towards obtaining them within 2 years
- Ability to meet jurisdictional state qualifications for a Field Safety Representative
- Excellent knowledge of safety regulations and recognized safe work practices
- Ability to access remote job locations, climb ladders to inspect elevated work sites, and traverse difficult terrain
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Strong Organizational and prioritization skills
- Proficient personal computer skills with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Word
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, is self-motivated, self-managed and disciplined
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must be available for 10% national travel
