Job Summary
Junior WMS Support Specialist responsible for supporting users of the BlueYonder WMS, configuring and customizing warehouse processes, analyzing business and system needs, participating in implementations and testing, training end users, and creating technical documentation and reports. Candidates should have analytical skills, a strong motivation to learn, teamwork abilities, and basic knowledge of SQL/PLSQL along with proficiency in English and Excel. Required Qualifications
- Analytical and process-oriented thinking skills
- Strong motivation to learn and solve problems
- Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team
- Interest in working with computer applications
- Basic knowledge of SQL/PLSQL (Oracle)
- B2 level English proficiency
- Excellent Excel skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Blue Yonder WMS systems (Dispatcher, Discrete, DLx)
- Strong knowledge of Excel (VBA preferred)
