Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, interact and serve guests, and clean work areas and supplies to ensure a memorable dining experience. Manage the menu by reading and visually verifying information while maintaining a professional appearance and following company policies. Work on your feet and move around sloping or uneven surfaces, lifting objects up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
