Job Summary
Take ownership of the assigned store for visual merchandising execution, ensuring timely, proper, and on-brand implementation of Group cascaded guidelines. Perform detailed quality checks on displays and layouts, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective measures. Align store aesthetics with brand standards to create a compelling shopping experience while providing feedback and development recommendations for enhanced execution. This role reports to the Store Manager at Top Parks, Piraeus, with expected travel and full-time hours. The position supports KIABI, France's leading prêt-à-porter retailer, within the Hudson Group's international retail network.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of brand aesthetics and the ability to execute visual merchandising guidelines effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in training and developing store visual merchandising teams
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and aesthetics
- Fluency in Greek and English language
