Job Summary
Follow weekly visual merchandising briefs to create window and in-store displays that maximize profitability through creative product placement. Attract and engage customers using advanced visual techniques while alternating mannequins, displays, and windows according to seasonal retail calendars. Set up and monitor in-store promotions via POS, utilizing Oracle figures to assist with product placement and floor moves. Provide training and assist with team development on merchandising standards, communicating feedback to the Town Merchandiser. Maintain a high standard of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in line with company procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Retail experience of a minimum of six months
- Willing to have a flexible schedule
- Openness to feedback and a willingness to learn
- Excellent Time Management Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Be creative, imaginative and have a flair coordination of product flow
Desired Qualifications
- Visual Merchandising experience is considered an asset
