Job Summary
Follow weekly visual merchandising briefs to create window and in-store displays that maximize profitability through creative product placement. Attract and engage customers using advanced visual techniques while alternating mannequins, displays, and windows according to seasonal and retail calendar events. Set up and monitor in-store promotions via POS, analyze Oracle figures for product placement and floor moves, and provide training on merchandising standards to the team. Communicate feedback to the Town Merchandiser and ensure all JD Standards, hygiene, and safety protocols are followed. Work on-site at Mapleview Centre, ON, with a flexible schedule.
