Job Summary
Follow weekly visual merchandising briefs to create window and in-store displays that maximize store profitability through creative product placement and current fashion trends. Attract and engage customers using advanced visual techniques while alternating mannequins, displays, and windows according to seasonal changes and the retail calendar. Set up and monitor in-store promotions via POS, analyze Oracle figures for product placement and floor moves, and provide training on merchandising standards. Communicate visual activity feedback to the Town Merchandiser and ensure strict adherence to JD Standards, hygiene, and safety protocols. Maintain a high professional standard by leading by example and conducting all work responsibly.
