Job Summary
Provide visual support in-store at Woodgrove Centre in Nanaimo, BC by creating window and in-store displays, applying weekly visual merchandising briefs, and using visual techniques to attract customers. Manage product placement and floor moves using Oracle figures, set up in-store promotions with POS, and train/assist the team on merchandising and display. Maintain JD standards, ensure seasonal/ event-driven changes to mannequins and displays, and uphold hygiene, cleanliness, and safety. Requires strong time management, excellent verbal and written communication, creativity, and a willingness to learn with a flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Retail experience of a minimum of six months.
- Visual Merchandising experience is considered an asset.
