Job Summary
Create short-form video snippets from podcasts, webinars, client case studies, and events by editing long-form content into engaging reels and teasers for LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms. Build and maintain a structured video library containing client testimonials, explainer videos, product demos, and brand stories while ensuring consistent branding across all outputs. Add motion graphics, captions, and transitions to enhance engagement, then optimize videos for multi-platform publishing with correct aspect ratios and thumbnails. Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align video outputs with campaign timelines and deliverables. Experiment with creative formats, optimize content for SEO, and track performance metrics to drive visibility.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, typography, and sound design
- Understanding of social media video formats and trends (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram)
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Portfolio of past editing work (academic, freelance, or professional)
