Junior Underwriter Accident & Health (m/w/d)

Evaluate coverage concepts for international program tenders and manage renewals for assigned portfolios, implementing global insurance programs while handling broker and client support. Independently process tenders, conduct re-underwriting for contracts with poor loss development, and negotiate with brokers. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure efficient processes and contribute to product development for corporate business alongside line management. Participate in interdisciplinary projects for new products, including legal and compliance reviews, claims coordination, and IT initiatives. Adhere to service and quality standards.
